The goal: Building an in-house professional services team
When Jim McHugh, Co-Founder and CEO of Mperativ, approached Brite in Q1 of 2024, he was considering building an in-house professional services team for the clients of their revenue marketing B2B SaaS platform.
Jim hesitated because hiring a senior marketing operations manager in the US would cost over $150,000 / year, including salary expenses, payroll taxes, and benefits. He didn’t want to commit to such a budget while the B2B SaaS budgets in 2024 were still in decline.
The solution: Hiring from Argentina
Through Brite, Mperativ hired a Principal Revenue Marketing Consultant from Argentina. Brite handled multi-national logistics, contracts, and compliance and assisted with every stage of the hiring process — from sourcing to onboarding.
Instead of hiring in the US, the Mperativ team saved over $80,000 /year by hiring in Argentina while moving forward with a key initiative they wouldn’t have been able to otherwise.

Each candidate undergoes a 5-step intensive interview and technical vetting process. As operators, we globally look for proven experts with passion and drive. Our rigorous screening process ensures we get the best. We only accept people into the network who we’d want to work with and learn from ourselves. We accept less than 1% of applicants.
Step 1: Screening & English assessment. The first step of the screening process is a comprehensive English language and communication interview evaluation. We also screen candidates based on their experience to ensure they have the required skill set for the role.
Step 2: Analytical test. We test each applicant's analytical skills via a proprietary test we developed over the years as hiring managers.
Step 3: Behavioral interview. Each candidate is interviewed by the Brite team, who are expert operators in their functional domain. Our screeners provide specific live exercises, looking for problem-solving ability, depth of experience, communication ability, and creativity.
Step 4: Cultural fit interview. If the candidate passes through the first three steps of the process, we evaluate each candidate for cultural fit for our clients.
Step 5: Client interview. We hand-select 3-4 candidates representing the top 1% of applicants and introduce them to our clients at this stage. Our clients do their own screening to decide which candidate to hire.
